1. Who we are

This website is operated by Livora Beauty Requisites Trading, a business licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under Trader License number 1581628 (Dubai Chamber number 659433), trading as Livora Beauty.

2. Using this website

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you give us is correct and complete. You may not use this website for anything unlawful, or copy its content, images or designs without our written permission.

3. Products

We sell beauty, personal care, wellness and fashion products. Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, though colours can look different on different screens.

Our products are not medicines. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and no product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition or allergy, check with a doctor or pharmacist before using a product. Always read the label and follow the instructions.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) and are the final amount you pay for the products. You receive a purchase receipt with every order.

We accept payment by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash on delivery. Cash on delivery adds a surcharge of AED 10 and is not available on orders above AED 500.

Prices and offers can change at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order by email. If a product turns out to be unavailable, or if we spot an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Discounts apply automatically in your cart. If several offers could apply to one order, you get whichever gives you the best result. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Delivery and returns

Delivery charges, times and coverage are set out in our Delivery policy. Your right to return items and how refunds work are set out in our Refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Our responsibility

We are responsible for supplying the products you ordered in the condition described. We are not responsible for losses that we could not reasonably have foreseen, or for any reaction caused by using a product against its instructions or despite a known allergy. Nothing here limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
