How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery arrives the next day across the UAE for orders placed before 1:45 pm, Dubai time; orders placed after that arrive a day later. Express delivery in Dubai arrives within 4 hours, for orders placed before 5:45 pm. Remote areas are delivered on Thursdays and Sundays only, within 2 to 5 days. On UAE public holidays orders are handled on the next working day, and checkout always shows the date your order is expected to arrive.
How much does delivery cost, and when is it free?
Standard delivery is AED 30, and free on orders over AED 300. Express delivery in Dubai and delivery to remote areas are AED 50, and free on orders over AED 500. Both thresholds are based on what you pay for your products after any discount. Free delivery covers orders up to 10 kg. Above that, AED 3 applies for each kilogram over 10 kg.
Can I return a product?
Unopened items can be returned within 7 days; you pay the return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged or wrong. For hygiene reasons, opened beauty, personal care and wellness items can't be returned. If something is faulty or wrong, tell us within 48 hours and we'll collect it at our cost and send a replacement or a full refund, including delivery.
